From The Free Dictionary
The series is about the different guises and masks we wear.
This one is about the armour we wear to hide our own vulnerabilities and fragility. The more we reinforce that outer armour though, the more fragile we are when that armour is penetrated as the armour is often an inability of dealing the issues that make us vulnerable and fragile.
I've painted the face armour and then texturised it and added the screw heads (my own photographs). The fragility stickers are photographs from a parcel that we recently received. It's funny you never realise what may come in handy, so I am constantly snapping away at everything.
