Über dieses Bild:
The other day I looked at a thriller, "Hanna", partly filmed in Finland. In fact I decided to look at it because the filming locations included Finland, Germany, Spain and Morocco, places where I have been and which are dear to my heart. This means that the emotional basis to like the film was set!
Well, I loved it! Perhaps the plot was not the best in the world, but everything there was filmed in a very beautiful, artistic way: to me the most important thing when I look at a film.
Anyway the film starts with scenes of a deer in a snowy forest, scenes of an incredible beauty. I stopped the film many times to go back there, so fascinated I was. And eventually I made some photos of the stills, thinking I might want to paint it.
Here is one of them. I don't know if that amazing animal was a deer or a moose... perhaps somebody with some adequate knowledge can tell me?
What most fascinated me in this motif is that one has no idea where the deer/moose ends and the forest begins!
