Poon Hill is over 3000 metres above sea level, and is a famous spot for watching the sun rise over some of the most impressive mountains in the Himalayan Range. Pooh Hill is a popular sidetrip on the western arm of the Annapurna Circuit, or can be reached from Pokhara in a couple of days.
