In many countries women, who go on maternity leave, after come back they are officially dismissed from their jobs because during their pregnancy and their leave their employee hired another person. There is no place for 2 of them. Employee uses all available law tools to get rid of such employer. This is why father takes the burden of working for two people. If you are a woman and your have an infant, be happy that you are not living in Poland. Why? Being a young mother in Poland is not this easy.
