Greg Higgins was born and raised on BMX and Kung-Fu movies in fabulous Las Vegas, and now divides his time between Portland and Los Angeles. Caricature bordering on portraiture is a common theme , as is improvisation, documentary, and the play of wit and humor in the face of adversity. Greg has enjoyed publication in Freestylin’, GO, BMX Plus, Big Brother, The Las Vegas Mercury, and Citylife among others, and has had solo and group exhibitions in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Osaka, and Tokyo. In addition, he has done graphic design/fine art for Elwood, Prana, Starlingear, S&M bikes, New Deal, and most recently The Lazy Ox Canteen. He also makes his own pizza, and is totally uncomfortable with third person narrative.
A series of skulls! Differing in style and theme, the skull series is my take on a quite popular graphic theme.
A series of artworks presented in various styles, each conveying a sense of good times and going... for it!
