Born and raised in Naples, Italy, I have a strong fascination for fine art photography. My passion came instantly to me when I took a camera in my hand for the first time and heard the sound of the shutter.
It let me feel power, importance and opportunity to make art out of everyday life, “The ordinary Life”. It is a way of recounting situations, feelings, origins out of the camera shutter.
As Pablo Picasso said: “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life”. I like thinking of photography as a way to manipulate the dust of everyday life.
I actually live in Milan and I enjoy travelling to the most photogenic locations in Italy and abroad. I like landscape, street photography and portraits. I mainly work outside with natural light and most of my pictures are black and white. They just allow me seeing behind colors going deeper in the soul of whatever I am photographing.
