Sindiso Nyoni aka R!OT is a Bulawayo native (born and raised in Zimbabwe), self developed artist, activist, multi-disciplinary designer and contemporary illustrator. Inspired by comic book art, the year '1968', vintage animation and words, his work primarily consists of a pencil, ink, pastels, gauche, acrylic and digital media fusion, to create a subversive African 'street' style, which he calls Guerill[art].
I'm a crazy girl who lives on the italian Alps. I love hiking on my mountains and listening to the sound of the wood.
I work as animator and illustrator.
My art is like meditation. Time & space clears out and I am in tune when I draw
Heard one say; 'I used to think of myself as a musician, but I am first a human being. Music is what I do. But serving the human kind is more important. With music I do my part'.
I hope one day serving the human kind will be the main goal for all of us.

Hi there,...
I am Christian Vrolijk, a Dutch painter/illustrator who likes to paint/illustrate everything that has to do with nature.
If I had to describe my work in a few words, I would say: "It is very colourfull, build up in different layers, and most of the time, inspired by nature."
In my work you can find three different "main-themes",...one of them is the "theatrical" exposure of nature,...(serie "Pieces of Nature....) where my goal is to show nature as a theatrical scene,...with small animals/insects as actors who play their part in a scene, and tell their own story,...which hopefully comes alive in your imaginary-world.
A second "theme" can be found in my serie "Somethin's BUGgin' me...." and is inspired on the old "still-lives" wich remind us of our mortality,...which in my case is a flower, and an insect....(bug). The insect is, in most cases, a pest for the specific plant/flower. The flower symbolizes life/ beauty/ fertility/ fantasy/ youth, the bug/insect here is the destroying parasitic, negative force....whatsoever.
The third "theme" is everything else,....which means,..all the other stuff like bigger projects, or smaller ones like postcards, experimental paintings,..just to learn more and more, and improving myself...:)
