Description:

Taken before the Paris Marathon in March 2010, this photo of the Eiffel Tower is shot from the approach beneath the tree-lined boulevard. The high contrast of the trees, sky and shadows obscure the tour Eiffel, however, the contrast of the industrial nature of the tower and the nature of the trees highlights the tower in the centre of the picture.
