when we are born we are spiritually dead, we only see the things in front of us and do not recognize that we are more than just flesh and blood but that we also have a spirit that lives forever. some people believe in aliens others believe in many deities others believe in evolution while i believe the true god is Jesus Christ and that we are made in his image and likeness and that we live forever however we must first repent turn away from our sins and on doing that Jesus sends his holy spirit to reside in us and then our desires are for him
Jesus said I AM THE LIGHT.
