„Borrowdale & Seathwaite LD1-40“

Picture ID: cdccfab
Description:

The Lake District mountains, fells and valleys are always a glorious riot of colours in autumn, with the yellowing grass, complementing the rusty orange of the bracken, and the reds and yellows of the trees, and if you're really lucky all this will be lit by the low sun and blue skies above. This set of photo-artworks are of views in the Borrowdale and Seathwaite area. The first group are of a walk from Seathwaite Farm, up Grains Gill to Sprinkling Tarn and Styhead Tarn, and then back down Styhead Gill, which is a glacial hanging valley with Taylorgill Force cascading down into the main valley.
