12X9 Pen & Ink Sketch hit with Pastels on Strathmore 400 series Pastel Paper: This is the second time I have tried to capture this beautiful but illusive light in the harbor just after the sun has set and the Santuario della Madonna delle Grazie has just been lit up. This small harbor is on the island of Procida about 8 miles out from Naples, Italy in the Tyrolean Sea and has been designated an International Heritage Site, which will help preserve this wonderful fishing village just for artist like me.
