The Pyramid of the Magician at Uxmal is the most distinctive Mayan structure on the Yucatán Peninsula. The pyramid is considered unique because of its rounded sides, considerable height approx 115ft, steep slope, and unusual elliptical base which measures approximately 227 by 162 feet.

Many thanks for all your comments on my photographs of the Maya ruins in Mexico. I went in 2005 ,the sites are amazing only wish I had a better camera then!!.

Perhaps I may go back one day ?
