Unidentified tulips. Established in 1859 as a gift of the successful English b usinessman Henry Shaw, the 26-hectare Missouri Botanical Garden is recognized i nternationally as a research center. The garden is especially notable for its C limatron, a geodesic-dome greenhouse.
