By 6:30 all the tables will be filled, a throng of customers will be waiting on the sidewalk, and this waiter will have no time to stand still. Sai Kung harbor is one of my favorite places to sketch. There’s always a lot of activity along the waterfront, especially on weekends when a battery of seafood restaurants attract customers from all over Hong Kong.
