For me everything began with the love for traveling and the wish to ban the unknown and fascinating - people, landscapes, situations - in pictures. Meanwhile I am a freelance photographer working in the fields of people and fashion as well as nature and urban/ urbex. Whats left is the love for strong composition and mostly decent colours. And I like the little strange, absurd and bizarre things for their beauty.

ICH MALE MIT LICHT UND MIT FARBE · TRANSFORM THE ORDINARY

Meine Leidenschaft gilt primär der Fotokunst: »mit Licht gemalte« Fotografien werden bereits in und mit der Kamera außergewöhnlich gestaltet und im Postworking zu regelrechten Fotogemälden transferiert.
Für diese Fotogemälde verwende ich seit über 10 Jahren die Ausarbeitung mit Texturen und eigens kreierten Lichteffekten. Diese lang entwickelten Techniken und Merkmale unterscheiden meinen Kunststil vom Gros der Fotokünstler.
Im Vordergrund steht bei mir die kunstvolle Umsetzung des gesehenen, erlebten, aufgenommenen Bildes, um mit Farben, Formen, Strukturen und Licht Emotionen hervorzurufen und aus ihrer Harmonie und Schönheit individuelle Fotogemälde zu kreieren. Von elegant-minimalistisch bis hin zu opulent-romantisch reicht meine Motivpalette – hauptsächlich aus dem Bereich Natur, Flora und Stillleben.

Mein Favorit ist neben der kunstvollen Fotobearbeitung die Makrofotografie; das genaue Hinsehen schult den Blick für Dinge und Sicht-Weisen, die einem im Alltag schlichtweg aus den Augen geraten.
Meine Hauptintention dabei ist, völlig alltägliche, unscheinbare Motive in »Lichtgedichte« aus Farben, Formen und Strukturen zu transformieren.
Diese Fotografien sind bis auf minimale Tonwertkorrekturen alle SOOC (engl. »Straight Out Of the Camera), sprich ohne jegliche nachträgliche Bildbearbeitung oder gar Verfremdungen entstanden. Dabei setze ich spezielle Kameratechniken ein, die mir derartige Einblicke in Mikrokosmen erlauben, wie sie herkömmliche Makroobjektive nicht schaffen können.

Ich liebe es, ein Gefühl von Traum, Magie und Mystik in meinen Arbeiten zu vermitteln und die Fantasie und Emotionen meiner Zuschauer anzuregen.

Neben der Fotografie hat mich auch vor Jahren schon die Liebe zur Malerei gepackt. Mit Acrylfarben auf großformatigen Leinwänden verwirkliche ich abstrakte Farbspiele, einzigartige Assemblagen und tiefgründige Collagen.
Hauptsächlich arbeite ich mit Acrylfarben auf Leinwand, selbst hergestellten Strukturpasten, Elementen wie Blattgold und metallenen Fundstücken, oft als mixed-media kombiniert mit Pastellkreiden und Fotoelementen.
Meine Motive in der Malerei sind hauptsächlich abstrakter und experimenteller Natur; ich möchte Gesehenes, Erlebtes auf meine Art interpretieren, mit eigenen Farb-Form-Strukturen spielen und so zu gänzlich neuen Interpretationen neuer oder althergebrachter Motive kommen.

TRANSFORMING THE ORDINARY

My passion is fineart photography; "lightpaintings", as I call my photographs, are already designed within the camera and then transferred by my special postwork to exceptional "photo paintings".
I've developed for my photography art my own special texture- and light effect-techniques for over 10 years . This long-developed techniques and characteristics differ from the majority of other photo artists.
The main focus of my artworks is on the artistic realization of the seen image, to create with individual colors, shapes and light certain emotions, harmony and the beauty of unique photopaintings. My style is elegant, minimalist and sometimes abundant or romantic - mainly from nature, flora and still life.

Another favorite of mine is macro photography, the closer look trains the eye for a new way of seeing. My main intention is to transform the ordinary, everyday subjects in "light poems" of colors, shapes and textures.
These photographs are nearly all SOOC, i.e. without any post-processing. Here I use special camera techniques that allow me such insights into microcosms, as they cannot be done by conventional macro lenses.

I love to convey a sense of dream, magic and mystery in my work and to engage the imagination and emotions of my viewers.

Therefor I call all my photography artwork "TRANSFORM THE ORDINARY"

Judith Loske wurde 1988 geboren. 2010 hat sie ihren Abschluss als Diplomillustratorin gemacht und arbeitet nun freiberuflich vorwiegend im Kinderbuchbereich.
Sie arbeitet am liebsten mit dem Bleistift und einer Mischtechnik aus Buntstift und Aquarell. Zum Schluss werden die einzelnen Bildbestandteile am Computer, wie bei einer Collage, zusammengefügt.

June was born in 1973 in Thailand. Her educational background in Law and MBA has absolute nothing to do with her art. June's former career is in foreign services ; she worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand for 10 years before realizing that bureaucracy was not her path while drawing has always been her hobby and "refuge". Her work has been inspired by naivety of childhood, song lyrics and colour. And after living in Thailand, Russia, Romania, Turkey and Singapore, June has finally found a place to call home ; she lives now in Berlin with a cat named Onion.
