Veronica Winters is Russian-American artist living in Pennsylvania, USA. She got her Bachelor's degree in watercolor painting in 2003 from the Oklahoma State University. She received her MFA in painting from Penn State in 2005. She also took figurative painting classes at the Grand Central Academy of Art in New York and the Arts Students League of New York.
Veronica creates art in colored pencils and oils. Her work has been featured in many magazines and publications, including "Leisure Painter" (UK), American Artist Studio magazine, American Art Collector, Artists & Illustrators,& so on.
