Pyvon ist ne Benutzeroberfläche für Povray für Linux-User, es ist zwar nicht so komfortabel wie die Benutzeroberfläche für Windows (editieren musst Du die Skripte natürlich auch unter Windows), aber immerhin musst Du - wenn Du ein Bild rendern willst - nicht mehr "per Hand" die rendering-Optionen eingeben. Als ich noch Informatik unterrichtet habe, hatten wir das installiert, für die Schüler und auch für mich als Lehrerin war das eine immense Erleichterung. Du kannst das Ausgabeformat, die gewünschten Pfade, die Bildgröße, das Grafilformat, den Pfad für die include-Dateien,... ein für allemal festlegen. Die Geschwindigkeit der Bildumwandlung bleibt ziemlich gleich.
Kannst es ja mal probieren.
