Hi, I'm Andreas Theis from Berlin, Germany, born in 1964 in Saarland. Apart from painting and photography, I love cooking, eating, traveling, hiking, reading books, programming and giving lectures and seminars for software developers.

In Art I have a weakness for the look behind the scenes, so what happens when not everything becomes all too obvious, hidden or eruptive feelings, when there is palpable love in places that are often ignored, when in a segment of the world a whole new world is revealed.

You can also purchase original paintings upon request. You will receive your original watercolors, oil and acrylic paintings on linen with the desired Passepartetout and framing. Painting on canvas with stretcher frame are provided with edge painting and therefore can be purchased unframed. Hallo, ich bin Andreas Theis aus Berlin (geboren 1964 im Saarland). Neben Malerei und Fotografie liebe ich Kochen, Essen, Reisen, Wandern, Bücher lesen, Programmierung sowie die Realisierung von Vorträgen und Seminaren für Software-Entwickler.

In der Kunst mag ich generell den Blick hinter die Kulissen, Momentaufnahmen, in denen sich nicht alles gleich offenbart, verborgene oder hervorbrechende Gefühle, die fühlbare Präsenz von Liebe an Orten, die oft übersehen werden oder wenn sich in einem Ausschnitt der Welt eine ganz neue Welt offenbart.

Sie können auch meine Originalgemälde auf Anfrage erwerben. Aquarelle, Öl- und Acrylgemälde auf Leintuch erhalten Sie mit gewünschtem Passepartetout und Rahmung. Gemälde auf Leinwand mit Keilrahmen sind mit Randbemalung versehen und können daher ungerahmt erworben werden.
