I am an independent artist, living and working all around the world. My life is divided between three creative passions: painting, culinary art and psychology. I combine colours and contrasts in culinary art and psychology in painting. Every new location and culture change brings me new knowledge and ideas.
I was born in Slovenia. Strong interest for fine art lead me to Accademia Italiana in Florence (Italy), where I studied interior design and decoration. My painting is a reflection of my life: a permanent oscillation between light and shadow, times and places, lines and shapes ... always looking for that equilibrium which I can only find in continuous movement, in the mysterious and the unknown. I love the colour, the contrast, the ordered chaos, the desert and the ocean .
For me art is like a journey, which transports me into a creative world of stories; My desire is to create a powerful painting and images that evoke emotions and feelings. The constant elements in my paintings is the vibrancy of the colors. I am fascinated by the explosive sensuality of the rich and luxurious chromatics. l live and create thinking that life is not measured by the breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

I'm a German artist and trained ceramic painter with a degree in Comparative Literature, working primarily in ink, pastels and colored pencils. Creating pictures is my life, and keeps me sane. There is nothing more rewarding for me than getting lost on the page and story of a new drawing. I like to think of my pictures as little "escapes" from reality where it's possible for fish to fly and for girls to ride on sea horses high above the city. I have been published in online and actual art magazines, and participated in exhibitions within Germany.
I have a Fine Art background. I completed my Fine Art degree at WSCAD (now know as University of Creative Arts) back in 1993; in which I specialised in Fine Art printmaking.
I have always loved photography. These days I spend very little time in my art studio, my passion for photography having completely taken over.
With macro photography I escape to another little world. I love exploring the tiny details in nature that often get over looked. I love finding beautiful colours and abstract compositions within nature and can even get passionate about photographing moss or a blade of grass.
I think I am at my happiest when I am crawling around on my hands and knees exploring a small patch of moss dripping with sparkling dew in the early morning sun.
