Virginie Vanos was born in 1979.

After College (where she studied Latin, Old Greek and Modern languages), she followed an Art Scene formation in The Kleine Academie, in Brussels, from 1998 to 2001. Since 2001, she played in several Belgian theaters, and in several movies, for cinema and Belgian television and began to pose for photographers, amateurs and professionals. And she's also a writer. Her first book, 'Le guide pratique du Mâle Moderne' ('The Practical Gids of The Modern Male') was published in 2004 for the Galopin Editions. Her second book, 'Le Guide Pratique de la Femme Moderne' was published in 2007. She wrote also the book of the exhibition 'Ideat' (Photographer: Pascal Humez). Her first novel ('Battue!') was published in 2013. Other books are coming soon.

In 2005, she discovered fine art photography. Now, as photographer, she works almost on travel images and abstract portraits. In 2013, she began her session 'Illusions', based on movement, lights and deformation.
