Description:

The Collage Series are made using scanned images of collage on paper originals. The originals are made using old discarded etchings, ready-to-glue things and pencil decorations on paper.

The Collage Series began in early 2006 as a set of 10 pieces in scale 297 x 420 mm archival of a pluriannual journey across the Iberic peninsula, documenting the everyday lifestyle and hidden frames to common tourist eyes.

When completed in 2007 - and jus after the digitalization - the original artworks were lost in an apartment fire in Barcelona and only digital scans are now existing and available here as unique digital pieces.
