This is a 1995 photography captured on the volcanic Caribbean island of Saba, now the smallest special municipality of the Netherlands. What caught my attention was the apparently-hand-painted wooden traffic sign providing warning that children may be in the area. The sign is adjacent to the walkway across the road in front of "The Busybees," which appeared to be a day care building.
