Dr. Illhearted is one of three designs of the mysterious character doctor Illhearted. It was developed as first graphical idea for the costume of the Illhearted character in a steam punk story, in which the eccentric and withdrawn Illhearted wanders with his strange experiments from place to place in quest of his past and vanishes as abruptly and silently as he appears.
