The original picture was created during a bike ride along the river Main in Frankfurt. Because WWF's Earth Hour was coming up, where everybody switches off their lights for an hour to save energy, I turned the skyline into candles. On the day itself, the candles were lit.

Das Originalbild entstand während einer Radtour entlang des Mains in Frankfurt. Weil die Earth Hour des WWF anbrach, wo jeder für eine Stunde das Licht ausschaltete, um Energie zu sparen, verwandelte ich die Skyline in Kerzen. An dem Tag selbst wurden die Kerzen angezündet.
