The Lotus Temple is a part of the ' Bahai House of Worship' situated in New Delhi - India.

Inspired by the lotus flower, the design of this structure is composed of 27 free-standing marble clad "petals" arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides. All nine sides have entrances leading to a central hall.

This is an evening view of the lotus temple against a flaming sky.
