I took this image during a rainy day. A pool of leaking motor oil had formed on the surface of a puddle, and I found the swirls of color to be most interesting. Working this image in post-processing the texture started to transform into an alien style pattern of abstract weirdness which I wanted to keep. The contrast between man and nature was at once instantly recognisable. This professionally framed piece of photography art would work well on a modern wall or in a contemporary house or office
