Description:

The Southwestern state of Nevada where I live, is one of the states in America that has wonderful herds of wild horses. Sadly over the years and the encroaching of humans the herds are becoming smaller and the magnificent animals are harder to find. My love of painting horses and the sadness of seeing the wild horse disappear inspired this painting.
