This beautiful sunrise photograph was captures at a location in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, known as the Luftee Overlook. It's a small viewpoint, much less crowded then the parking area at Newfound Gap, and faces directly east. This picture was before the sun came up, when the morning light reflected onto the cloud cover overhead. As I've learned, this is often the best to take pictures, because, once the sun does rise, it hides above the clouds. This would make a wonderful addition in your home, and I hope that you enjoy it!
