Dieser Marmortempel ist dem Gott der Schmiedekunst Hephaistos und der Göttin des Handwerks und der schönen Künste Athene gewidmet und steht auf einem kleinen Hügel im Randbereich der Agora in Athen. Er entstand im 5.Jh. v. Chr. im Innern standen zwei Statuen aus Bronze, die Hepaistos und Athene darstellten.
