This is sketch 5 of a series of in total 8 drawings of a tree at The Hague Golf & Country Club at Wassenaar, Netherlands, where I sometimes dwell. I strived for abstraction in 8 consecutive steps. In retrospective I see that I lost track of abstraction and returned to realism again.
