So, the question would be; why did I take photographs of dandelions? This is a very easy answer. I walked outside one morning, stopped at the edge of my patio, looked down and found the dandelion blossom on the right side of my composition. Generally, I don't look at them more than once and step on them without a care in the world. But, this particular day, I looked down and could not believe how cylindrical it was. And it seemed so perfect, I just had to take a photograph of it.
As the day progressed and the next day also, I watched as it bloomed outward and still thought to myself the detail was incredible, so round, so simple, yet so beautiful.
I hope that you see the same thing I did at the time.
