Description:

Looking over the brook running through the meadows in Tidmarsh, Berkshire, towards the field called Oxley's Shaw. Here the footpath between Tidmarsh and Sulham passes over the stream by means of a wooden footbridge next to an old WWII blockhouse. Just a little further on is the River Pang and Tidmarsh Mill, once the home of Lytton Strachey and Dora Carrington. This image was captured on a cold late morning in early February, not long after a light fall of snow.
