The title ,Libellion' is a word creation of the words ,liberation' and 'rebellion' and calls on to get free from entrenched patterns of thinking, expectations and beliefs as they inhibit to realize the opportunities of life and the ability to enrich it. As an analysis of dragonflies in flight, the title has its origin in the German word ‘Libelle' that means ‘Dragonfly’. In relation to the content of the image, Dragonflies are psychological mediators between mind (air) and emotions (water) and symbolize thoughts that bring mind and emotions in motion. The traces they leave behind are carrying a message that can be seen in the two arches of their wings that meet in flight in a tip at the end of the Dragonflies body and form the shape of a heart. The title of the image carries this message in itself, because it hides in the German wording for love that means ‘Liebe’. It asks you to shape thoughts consciously to hearts to bring in love in yourself and around you. But it contains especially the commitment to self-determination and self-knowledge. The woman in the center has decided to break free from the shackles of their thought patterns, expectations and beliefs. It is a decision to own yourself and your life. As dragonflies have a very short life, their symbol also calls on to use and enjoy your life, to express your wishes and dreams and to pursue them passionately.
