Über dieses Bild:

A camera is my paint brush. Whenever I get a chance to go back home my sensory receptors go crazy. I try to soak up everything: from the spring-born leaves to fragile twigs; field greens and azure blue skies. Through photographs I time-travel. Even today I can feel the texture of the rings of a tree trunk. If I feel gloomy, I know I can cover myself up in the ochre-yellow of wilted leaves and still feel alive. With today and yesterday intertwined in my bagful of memories, I feel alive than I ever will be.
