Taken at Red Canyon State Park in Utah, this strange formation with the golden eye coming out of the side of a hill had me fantasizing about rock monsters. The "gold eye" is actually a tunnel through the formation with the sun reflecting off the back part of the hole. Perfect (and lucky) timing! This digital art image has been rendered from a photograph.
