Delicate Lines and sharp thorns in soft colours. A detail hidden in the fog.
The morning was heavy with fog when I started my solitary hike in the Alps. It was so quite and calm. The forest ground was still very dark when suddenly the sun emerged from behind the large mountains around me to clad the flowers on the wayside in magical light. This thistle caught my eye and was itself caught in a web of delicate beauty.
