I am a freelance, location photographer producing photography for both exhibition and publication. I use high-end digital backs for commercial work and Sinar 4x5 for personal projects.

My roots are in the design of a photograph. I let subjects speak for themselves. For me, the greatest meaning and satisfaction is derived from finding and making images which, though rooted in time and place, transcend those qualities. I celebrate and give voice to what might otherwise go unnoticed. I view my personal images as a visual taste, to express and evoke emotion rather than to convey information.
