I am a landscape architect from Southern California. I am not a professional photographer, but a Landscape Architect. One thing I do have in common with a professional photographer is the ability to see or even imagine a story when I something catches my attention. a dead tree on a hiking trail probably as a result of wild fire or lightning. though dead, it is still standing tall and radiate a sense of strength.

overseeing the los angeles basin are these powerlines that runs along the san gabriel mountains. to get up here, one needs to hike a dusty trails either back to the sun or facing the sun :)
