'Everyone has seen this place. They have a massive bank of flower arrangements on Grafton Street and thousands of people pass by every hour. But what I never realized, and what I suspect most people don't know, is that these flowers are shockingly cheap. I needed an impressive bouquet and expected to pay up to E50 for it. I asked how much my favorite would cost, expecting that I would have to reign in my expectations and settle for less, and couldn't believe that they were only E20. You can't get dinner in this city for E20, but you can get comically large arrangements of exotic, imported flowers.'
