June 12, 2016, a terrible shooting occurred in the early morning hours at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, FL. Many lost their lives, and many more were severely injured. It was described as a scene of horror.

The Pulse nightclub was a known LGBTQ location, and was more than just a place to party, hang out with friends, or just kick back and dance after a long day. Pulse also held monthly LGBTQ-related events to educate the public, and bring awareness to the community.

My heart goes out to all those lost and injured, their families, their friends, and the entire LGBTQ community. Today is a sad day, but please...
