An early evening walk along the towpath of the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal as it leaves the canal basin at Brecon in Powys, South Wales UK. Dating from the early 1800s the canal was designed to transport coal and iron to Newport on the Welsh coast. It is currently navigable from Brecon to Pontnewydd and plans are afoot to extend this further.
