Watercolour and ink travel sketch painting in impressionist expressionist style of boats on the river Danube in Budapest in Hungary.
This was first sight of the Danube (besides the place where the Danube starts, somewhere between Germany and Switzerland) and I was very emotional about it as to me, the Danube is a kind of mystic river. My head is full of romantic ideas and fantasies about it!
Seen and painted during a painting trip to Budapest in October 2014.
