I am a self-taught 3d Artist. I started with photo manipulations and soon got sucked into 3d.
The programs i use are
Daz|Studio 4 Pro and Poser Pro 2012
occasionally Carrara 8 Pro and Bryce 7 Pro.
I am better known as Sister of Darkness. I do have a personal style but the mood of my art changes the way my mood changes this can be from Gothic dark to rather silly and comical.
my roots are in photography though and i even used to work in a photolab for many years. unfortunately it never turned professional besides my wallet wouldn't allow it anyway. but i can happily announce that i am the proud owner of a Nikon D3100. i can't wait to get out there once the rain has stopped haha!
