A lone buck was grazing in front of my studio and was captured in this digital pencil rendering. This image has a delicate and soft "silver point" quality to it.

The boulders around the lake are enormous and the water is among the cleanest and clearest in the entire world. On average, you can see 70 feet down into the Lake which gives the Lake it's famous "Caribbean" blue and turquoise colors. The tall evergreen forests surrounding the Lake consist of firs, cedars, hemlocks and many species of pines.

Kilauea Point wildlife preserve in Kauai. A large sea cave gets a pounding from the surf while nesting red footed boobies, brown boobies, red-tailed and white-tailed tropicbirds, great frigatebirds, and wedge-tailed shearwaters nest on the cliffs above.
