about my images.
my images are generally considered either a
photo montage or digital collage.
most of the images presented on my site were created
by the altering, combining and layering of my own digital
photographs. a few are unaltered.
occasionally, i make use of digital scans of art work
i have created in order to enhance the image.
(i.e. brush strokes or paint droplets and text)
the subjects of both the photographs and the scans
are typically ready made or found objects.
additionally, i periodically have made use of portions
of grafitti. however, i do not replicate any formal street
art. only the odd bit of signing.
the found or ready made objects are typically found
in the back alleys and streets of the urban landscape.
all of the photographs are taken with a nikon d90
post processing is done with adobe photoshop cs4.
