Russia, St Petersburg, Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin). The St. Sophia Cathedral was built by Scottish architect Charles Cameron in 1785 for Catherine the Great in the hamlet of Sophia on the far side of the Imperial Park at Tsarskoye Selo.
