Ignacio Fresas

Hi...My Name is Ignacio but most people call me Dan. I am originally from an area on the south side of Chicago called 'Back of The Yards'. That is the area where the Chicago Stock Yards and The Chicago Amphitheater used to be. I saw many great concerts growing up so close to the Amphitheater and on rainy days I could smell the Stock Yards.

I am self taught and work to my eye alone. Many things inspire me to create a piece. It all started when I wanted to create a print for my brother in law and sister in law for Christmas. Seeing their emotions to my gift has given me the courage to improve my skills.

My style is my own but I must admit that Shepard Fairey is a big influence on me and my style. I guess you may see some of it if you look hard.
