Marittie de Villiers

I am attracted to the composition of a face... my way of expression emotion and see beauty in life is through the face. I focus on the eyes, but sometimes colour and form takes the priority. My style of painting is expressionistic and free flowing.... unless I have logically planned out an abstract version of a painting. My Table paintings are more logically planned, because form are more structured and less emotional in the brushstrokes.
