The lock at Iffley on the Thames near Oxford, England. At this point the river is properly called The Isis and as you walk along the Thames Path from here to Oxford you pass the Oxford University's college boathouses. The village of Iffley itself is a conservation area, its narrow streets leading down to the river where you cross the weir to reach the lock.
