Due to the outstanding quality of all our products, we are convinced that you will be satisfied with every result that leaves our shop to travel to your mailbox. Should this be not the case, however, we will take back every product – even if it was custom made for you – within 14 days of purchase. Please get in contact with our customer service first before you send back your items packed carefully. If you already paid for your products we will transfer the money back to your bank account as soon as your return has arrived at our office.
